I wasn't finish with my other post but I hit something and BAM it was posted. Okay, back to my story. I promised I would share the recipe so there it is. Here is the picture from the rodeo the other weekend in Walnut. I'm telling ya, when she comes off the barrels, she blows hard.

Good Morning Laura,
It's been a while since I've been by to visit I know. I had computer problems for a while and then last Wednesday I posted and didn't get a chance to visit anyone. Life has just been so busy around here lately. I did put up a new post this morning and some pictures as well. Girlfriend, your Squash pickes looks so good. They would go so good with a pot of beans huh? LOL. My Mom makes Squash Pickes as well and I do love them. I have never canned myself, but my Mom always has. I've heard of all the things you've canned except a cake. You will have to tell how you do that now. I'm sorry to hear that someone used your SSN. That is so wrong and for the IRS to treat you that way isn't right either. Girl, I would go all the way in seeing that the guy is punished. They need to get all of these illegal aliens out of our country. They had a raid here in Arkansas a couple of weeks ago at a Tyson Plant with illegal aliens working there. I sure hope you can get it all straightened out soon. I am trying to catch up with everyone this morning, so I guess I better go and do some more visiting. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,
Karen H.
